Karera Watches Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage Period

Our warranty is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, as indicated on your receipt or proof of purchase. After this period, all warranty claims are null and void, and Karera Watches will not be held liable for any defects or issues that may arise with the product.

Important: The warranty period begins immediately upon purchase, regardless of when the product is first used or received by the customer.

2. What the Warranty Covers

The limited warranty offered by Karera Watches covers the following issues only:

  • Non-functioning movement: If the watch is entirely non-functional and does not keep time at all due to manufacturing defects.

  • Incorrect model or color: If the customer received a watch that is a different model or color than what was ordered.

For any of the above issues, Karera Watches will, at our discretion, either repair the product or provide a replacement (subject to availability) after reviewing the claim. No other issues will be considered under this warranty.

3. What the Warranty Does not Cover

Our warranty policy is intentionally restrictive and does not cover the following:

  • General wear and tear: Scratches, abrasions, dents, or fading of the case, bracelet, bezel, or other exterior parts due to normal use or environmental exposure.

  • Water damage: Any damage caused by water or other liquids, even if the watch is labeled as water-resistant. Customers are expected to ensure the watch is used within its specified water resistance range.

  • Battery issues: The warranty does not cover dead, drained, or malfunctioning batteries. Replacement of the battery is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Issues with the crystal: Scratches, cracks, chips, or damage to the crystal (watch glass) are not covered under the warranty, regardless of how the damage occurred.

  • Band and strap damage: Any damage to leather, rubber, stainless steel, or other types of watch bands, including discoloration, fading, tears, or stretching.

  • Accidental or intentional damage: Any damage caused by dropping, mishandling, negligence, or improper use, including impact damage or over-winding the movement.

  • Third-party repairs or modifications: Any product that has been altered, serviced, or repaired by anyone other than Karera Watches or an authorized service provider.

  • Shipping damage: Any damage that occurs during transit from the customer to Karera Watches or back.

  • Cosmetic imperfections: Slight variations in color, texture, or finish that do not impact the functionality of the watch are not considered defects and are not covered.

  • Damage from improper storage: Watches exposed to extreme conditions (heat, cold, humidity) or stored in non-ideal environments (excessive moisture, dust, or sunlight) that cause damage or malfunction are not covered.

  • Damage due to improper care: Watches that are damaged due to failure to follow care instructions, such as not securing the crown or subjecting the watch to harsh chemicals or detergents.

  • Loss, theft, or intentional misuse: Watches lost, stolen, or deliberately damaged are not eligible for warranty claims.

  • Discrepancy in expectations: The warranty does not cover situations where the watch does not meet the buyer's expectations due to differences in presentation or portrayal online versus in real life. Variations in the appearance of the watch caused by lighting, angles, camera quality, or display settings are not considered defects. Customers should expect that the product may appear different in real life compared to images or videos presented on the website or social media platforms.

Important: The customer is solely responsible for the care and use of the product. Karera Watches will not be liable for any issues that arise from improper handling or external factors.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must strictly follow these steps. Failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in an automatic denial of the claim:

Step 1: Submit a Warranty Request

  • Within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, submit a formal warranty request to CMBRetailGroup@Gmail.com, including your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Attach clear, unedited photos and/or videos of the issue. The video must be uncut and demonstrate the problem in detail. The video must have a minimum resolution of 1080p and be in one of the following formats: .mp4, .avi, .mov, or .mkv. Submissions with lower resolution or non-compliant formats will be rejected.

Step 2: Review and Assessment

  • Our team will assess the submitted materials and documentation within 10 business days and notify you whether the claim is approved or denied. Karera Watches reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the outlined conditions or where it is evident that the damage was caused by factors not covered by the warranty.

Step 3: Return Shipping

  • If the claim is approved, the customer must cover all costs associated with shipping the product back to Karera Watches for evaluation, repair, or replacement. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Karera Watches is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing packages during return shipping.

5. Warranty Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, Karera Watches, at our discretion, will choose one of the following resolutions:

  • Repair: We may repair the defective product and return it to you.

  • Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we may replace the product with an identical or similar model, subject to availability.

  • In-Store Credit: In some cases, we may issue in-store credit to be used toward future purchases. No cash refunds will be provided.

Important: Repairs and replacements are subject to availability and may take up to 30 business days or longer, depending on the nature of the defect and product availability.

6. Non-Transferable Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not apply to any subsequent owners of the product.

7. Exclusion of Liability

Karera Watches is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, or revenue. Our liability is limited solely to repair or replacement as outlined in this policy.

By purchasing from Karera Watches, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this warranty and waives any legal claims or liabilities beyond what is explicitly covered.

8. No Implied Warranties

There are no implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is explicitly stated here. Any such implied warranties are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to the Warranty Policy

Karera Watches reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
