Karera Watches is pleased to offer free standard shipping to all locations nationwide for any of the watches we sell. This offer applies exclusively to deliveries within the Philippines and is not available for international orders at this time.

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. This excludes weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, the processing time may extend beyond this, and customers will be informed if there are any delays. Please note that this processing time does not include the shipping period handled by the third-party shipping provider.

3. Shipping Partner and Tracking Information

This email serves as confirmation that the package has been transferred to our shipping partner, and from that point, they assume full responsibility for your delivery.

You are encouraged to use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly with the carrier. It is important that you double-check your email address at checkout, as Karera Watches is not responsible for any delivery issues arising from an incorrect email address.

4. Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched to the shipping provider, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the third-party courier's services.

Typical delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Standard deliveries typically arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the location.

  • Rural or remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

5. Disclaimer: Limitations of Liability During Shipping

Once your order is handed over to the third-party shipping provider, Karera Watches' responsibility for the package ceases. Our liability ends upon handing the product over to the shipping partner, as evidenced by the confirmation email sent to you with tracking information. From that point forward, the responsibility for the package lies solely with the shipping provider, and any mishaps, delays, damage, loss, or mismanagement of the package during transit should be addressed directly with the shipping company.

  • Karera Watches is not liable for any errors, misdelivery, delays, or damages that occur once the package is with the shipping provider.

  • All inquiries related to the shipping status, damaged packages, missing items, or other issues occurring during transit must be directed to the third-party shipping provider. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping company in such cases.

Customers are encouraged to follow up with the shipping company directly for any concerns about their package's status after it leaves our fulfillment center.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Karera Watches is not responsible for incorrect delivery or packages being returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt:

  • The customer will be required to pay for re-shipment of the order.

  • If the customer decides to cancel the order after it is returned to us due to an incorrect address, only the cost of the product (minus a restocking fee) will be refunded, and shipping charges will not be refunded.

7. Undeliverable Packages and Lost Shipments

If your package is deemed undeliverable or is lost during transit, please first contact the shipping company directly to file a claim. Karera Watches cannot provide compensation or reship the product until the claim is settled between you and the shipping provider.

8. Damaged Goods During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged, please immediately contact the shipping company and file a damage claim. While Karera Watches carefully packages each order to prevent damage, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the package leaves our hands. The shipping provider is solely responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.

  • Digital Payments: GCash, Maya, and other applicable digital wallets.
