Karera Watches Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be strictly adhered to. Any deviation or failure to meet these requirements will result in the automatic denial of your return or refund request:
The product must be in pristine, unused condition, showing no signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
The uncut, continuous video of the unboxing must:
Be filmed in a minimum resolution of 1080p (Full HD) with clear visibility of all aspects of the product, packaging, and any accessories.
Be recorded in a horizontal format and must clearly show the entire unboxing process, from receiving the sealed package to fully inspecting the product.
Include a visible timestamp on the video, showing the date and time the unboxing took place.
Be free of any edits, cuts, or interruptions. The video must be continuous from start to finish.
Be submitted in one of the following file formats: .mp4, .avi, .mkv, or .mov. Any video submitted in formats outside of these will be automatically rejected.
Have a file size of no more than 1GB, and the video must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and any promotional items in their unopened, untampered state.
The product must have been purchased directly from Karera Watches’ official website or through our authorized sales channels.
The product must be shipped back in its original, sealed packaging (if applicable), and must be in the exact condition as when it was received.
2. Return Process Steps
Customers wishing to return a product must strictly follow the steps outlined below. Any failure to meet these steps will result in the immediate rejection of your return request:
2.1 Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Within 48 hours of receiving your product, submit a formal return request to [Insert Contact Email], including your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
Attach the uncut, continuous unboxing video that meets all the technical criteria outlined above. If the video is unclear, interrupted, or edited in any way, the return request will be denied without further consideration.

Upon receipt of the return request, our team will review the video and assess the product condition within 5-10 business days. This includes verifying that all video requirements and conditions have been met.
If any aspect of the video submission fails to meet the minimum criteria, your return request will be automatically denied.
2.3 Step 3: Return Authorization
If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You must include this RAN on the shipping label of your return package. Failure to obtain a RAN will result in the package being refused and returned to you at your own cost.
All return shipping fees, including packaging, insurance, and tracking, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2.4 Step 4: Return Shipping
Once authorized, you have 7 days to return the product, ensuring that it is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
You must use a trackable and insured shipping service to return the product. Karera Watches will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or missing packages during return shipping.
If the product is damaged during return shipping, your refund will be denied.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that it meets the following conditions:
Pristine and Unused: The product must be in its original, factory-new condition, with no signs of wear, use, or damage.
Complete Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional items must be included and in unopened condition.
Product Inspection: Any indication of wear, tampering, or missing components will result in the denial of the return.
4. Processing Time for Returns
We will process and review the return within 15-20 business days from the date we receive the product. This review includes verifying the product’s condition and confirming that all return steps and conditions have been met.
5. Refund Options
Karera Watches does not guarantee a full refund. In most cases, refunds are offered in the form of in-store credits, discount vouchers, or free shipping offers. The following options may be available depending on the outcome of the review:

The unboxing video does not meet the technical requirements, such as resolution or file format.
